The paper is published monthly and distributed free to businesses in 22 counties around our wonderful state of Kentucky. Owned by father and daughter, Clayton and Pam Hedge, the paper is designed and layed-out by Pam. Advertising sales are handled by Clayton and Pam's husband, Dave Severson - who is also our delivery person, photographer, and whatever else we can find for him to do!
Content in All Things Country Magazine is provided by our wonderful readers, who send in poetry, short stories, recipes and photos. We also have a monthly column by our local extension agents. Classifieds were added in the summer of 2007.
As of January 1, 2010 the format of All Things Country changed from a tabloid newspaper format to a stitched and trimmed full color magazine. We continue to offer our magazine free to our readers and thank our many advertisers that have helped us attain this goal. We hope to grow each and every month.
As of January 1, 2011 the magazine has moved for the last time! It is now published from the AlpacaBerry Farm in beautiful Northern Estill County. Owned by Pam Hedge and Dave Severson, the farm is a new Agri-Tourism destination in the State of Kentucky. Check out the farm at www.AlpacaBerryFarm.com. You can watch Pam and Dave as they 'build the farm.'
Our August 2011 edition brought another change to All Things Country Magazine. We have switched printing methods - from a web press to a sheet-fed press, which allows us to offer each page on glossy stock. Another step closer to being a full-fledged magazine! And we still give it away free.
